Traega Entertainment is looking for an experienced real-time game User Interface Artist to pull together all the elements of a game with the player always first in mind. As an User Interface Artist your passions for seamless UX and engaging UI will contribute greatly to the experiences of our new IPs. Knowing the players needs and wants before they do, you make their experience the best version possible.

We understand that the lingering effects of the COVID-19 outbreak may delay the ability to relocate for some candidates. The safety of our employees and their families come first, and we although we continue to monitor the situation, the expectation is that you will come and work with us in our new and spacious studio in the Nashville area.


  • Create clear, detailed, pixel perfect 2D and 3D user interface assets

  • Implement user interface content in Unreal Engine 4 using UMG

  • Contribute to design and execution from ideation and wireframe to final content in-engine

  • Design and create intuitive User Interfaces with a focus on fluid movements, immersive flow, punchy reward moments and an overall responsive experience

  • Act as a central point for UI implementation discussions and as point of contact between art, engineering and design departments

  • Evangelize good user experiences with design and art



  • Proficient in industry standard image editing software

  • Excellent understanding of color, composition, iconography, and typography

  • Equally passionate about creating good UX as well as appealing UI art

  • Experience creating motion graphics using 3D and 2D assets

  • Expert knowledge of UI/UX conventions and competitor analysis


  • Strong traditional art proficiencies including drawing, illustration, and 3D skills

  • Ability to create as well as adapt to and follow a variety of artistic styles

  • Ability to contribute to the development of in-house UI tools and processes

  • Skills in CSS, Actionscript, Javascript and HTML

  • Interest in impacting projects in ways beyond your strong core skills in UI/UX, such as concept art, branding, etc.
